Youth Ministry

Biography

I was born and raised in San Bernardino and am happy to call The Rock Church home for the past 20 years. It’s here that I married the love of my life, Michelle, in 2002 and together we are raising three kids: Isabella, Carter, and Juliet Rain.

I gave my heart to the Lord as a teen in 1996 and I have grown up through The Rock Church. At 14 years old I got my start in ministry doing puppets in Kids Church. I began preaching at the age of 16 in homeless outreaches at the parks of San Bernardino. As a teen, I was active in outreach, youth ministry programs, and even founded a campus ministry that spanned 4 different school districts that focused on discipleship and evangelism.

I’ve had the honor of pastoring teens for over ten years and love helping them grow through the challenges of adolescence into active, faith-filled adults. After facilitating over a dozen summer camps & youth conferences, participated in countless school campus outreaches, and attended plenty of water polo competitions, football games, and school plays, Michelle and I have gathered more stories of God’s faithfulness than we can count. I am convinced that God loves and moves through young people.

I am amazed that God allows me to be a part of His Church, helping young people understand how great He is. I love the Inland Empire and believe our teens are a part of God’s design for bringing His life to every part of our community.
